Please arrive a minimum of 10 minutes in advance of salon treatments. All attempts will be made for services to begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next guest. As a courtesy, we attempt to confirm all appointments via text messaging and a phone call. You are invited to telephone, as well, prior to your appointment to confirm exact times, services, and ask any questions you may have.

We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service.

Studio 6a Salon & Spa staff respectfully request 24-hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. We understand that life happens, and illness and emergencies occur. We ask that you let us know this if you must cancel your appointment after the 24-hour period so that we can continue to do our best to serve you and are happy to waive the fee.

We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest. Although we make every effort to keep our website updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.
GRATUITY POLICY:
Prices do not include gratuities.
We cannot accept gratuity on credit cards. We accept cash, check and Venmo.
OUR SERVICE GUARANTEE:
We make every attempt to ensure your satisfaction with your experience at Studio 6a Salon. In the event you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of service or within 24 hours of completed service.
We are happy to provide you with the opportunity to return to the salon for us to redo the service within 7 days of the original service date. The redo must be scheduled with the same stylist who provided the service. However, in the case that the original stylist has no time available, or if you feel that the service provider is unable to provide the service, an exception may be made, and the redo may be scheduled with another service provider.
FORMS OF PAYMENT:
We reserve the right to change prices and services at any time without notification. Studio 6a Salon accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, Studio6a Salon gift cards, cash, and personal checks (existing clients only). We do not accept American Express. A $35 fee will be assessed for any returned checks.
REFUND POLICY:
All service sales are non-refundable, nail polishes and gift card sales are final sale.
Product returns must be within 14 days of purchase for cash return. All other returns must be made within 30 days for an exchange or salon credit..
All hairbrushes, hair tools, and special-order sales are final.
RIGHT TO REFUSE:
Studio 6a reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any of our staff members.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY POLICY:
We do believe that every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality.
Client lists and email lists are confidential. We do not share our client lists with outside companies.
REFER A FRIEND:
We believe that a referral is the best compliment that you could give us. When you refer a friend to our salon on their first appointment if they say you referred them, they will receive $10 off services under $49 and $20 off $50+. You will then receive an email with a coupon with the same discount amount.
PERSONAL ITEMS
Studio 6a Salon is not responsible for any lost stolen or damaged personal items. We provide capes for guests to wear during color services to protect valuable clothing. We have lost and found but all items are disposed of at the end of each week.
HEAD LICE
It is against Studio 6a Salon and the Cuyahoga Board of Health to perform services on clients with headlice. If a client has been diagnosed with head lice while receiving a service in the salon, we would not be able to complete the service the same day. We would be able to complete the service within 48 hours once the head lice treatment is completed.
WIGS FOR KIDS
Studio 6a Salon offers a complimentary haircut in support of Wigs for Kids with Level 1 or Associates. To receive this service complimentary the client must donate at least 12 inches of healthy hair and we encourage you to donate 14+ inches of hair; more length you donate, the more impact you will make., Please logon to www.wigsforkids.com to fill out the online for to receive the barcode for the donation of hair.
