The average salary of a hairstylist in our industry is only $21,650. As a Level 1 stylist in our company, you can more than double that by working only 32 hours a week!

✨ Our Associate Program
Our Associate Program is a hands-on, guided experience designed to build confident, successful stylists.
You’ll train alongside a dedicated service provider while developing skills in:
• Technical work (cutting, coloring, finishing)
• Guest experience and consultations
• Business building and client retention
The program includes a performance-based system, with clear expectations and growth opportunities at each stage. As you progress, you’ll earn raises and gain the confidence needed to step fully behind the chair.
